Abstract

These files contain soil moisture measurements collected using a Campbell HSII TDR probe throughout Yosemite's Illilouette Creek Basin. Measurements represent the average volumetric water content over the top 12cm of soil. Collections were designed to capture variability over time as well as variability across different topographies and fire histories. A subset of these measurements are discussed in more detail in the following article: Boisramé, Gabrielle, Sally Thompson, and Scott Stephens.
